After a very stressful day at work , I’m sure Abi read my tension and delivered a fantastic , relaxing and therapeutic class. I left feeling on top of the world, afterwards I slept like a baby , waking refreshed and fighting fit for the week ahead This is now part of my weekly routine , thanks so much Abi x
